Once your order ships, Shopify sends a shipping confirmation email with a “View your order” or tracking link. That secure link shows the latest carrier update.
Your secure order status
Sign in through Shopify to view available customer orders. We will never ask for payment-card information or your password to help locate a shipment.
How to find your tracking
- 01Check your shipping confirmation email.
- 02Open the tracking or order-status link.
- 03If tracking has not updated or the parcel has an issue, contact support with your order number.
